Data we process
LottoLab AI stores account identity, license records, play history, strategies, simulations, reports, responsible play settings, AI explanations, ticket scan metadata, and operational audit logs needed to run the product.
Ticket scan uploads are stored as private files and referenced by private storage URLs. They are not intended to be publicly reachable.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, process one-time checkout, generate and save analysis, compare plays with official results, enforce fair-use limits, support responsible play controls, and protect the service from abuse.
AI and analytics
AI features are used for explanation and coaching, not official result verification. AI logs may include prompt context, output text, safety flags, model labels, and hashes for auditability.
Optional analytics may be enabled through configured providers. The app is built to run without analytics keys in local development.
Your controls
The profile page lets you export account data as JSON or delete your account. Account deletion removes the user account and cascaded product records, and it attempts to delete private ticket scan files before removing database records.
Retention
Product records are retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested. Operational records that are not tied to a deleted user, such as payment webhook events and anonymized audit metadata, may be retained for fraud, accounting, security, or operational integrity.
